Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety standards.

To start a return, please email us at wecare@biobloomsupplements.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions from there.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used consumables (e.g., supplements, powders, liquids)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — with a replacement or full refund.
